Garden Design

Whether you are looking for a low-maintenance landscape, pollinator garden, food forest, native plant sanctuary, or welcoming entertainment area, the goal is always to design an area that works best for you. Balancing aesthetics, function, and ecology, I aim to incorporate as many native and plants into my designs as possible​, while keeping in mind your preferences and maintenance needs. I offer design services both across Ottawa and remotely, specializing in plant hardiness zones 2-7 with a particular interest in native plants of northeastern North America.  

Garden Maintenance

Garden maintenance services are available on a biweekly, monthly, or occasional basis. I began this business as a zero-emission, bicycle-powered operation and still do make an effort to commute by bike to as many jobs as possible. However, in order to expand my reach to less bicycle-friendly areas of the city, I have added a small hybrid-electric vehicle to my fleet. This means that I am able to expand my operations farther afield and make small deliveries of garden supplies such as plants, soil, and mulch for installations.
